Returns / Exchanges

  • Refund or exchange inquiries must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
  • Defective inquiries must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information or local purchase date on receipt (Advance Auto Parts/Car Quest).
  • If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect. Please provide us the following information to expedite the process as quickly as possible:
    • Take a picture or video of the defective/incorrect item(s)
    • Email the picture or video of the defective/incorrect item(s) to info@boostnatics.com
    • If item(s) are purchased through Advance Auto Parts/Car Quest, please provide a picture of the complete purchase receipt 
    • Further instructions will be given through email
